As for me, I'm going to officially start working on myself. I have nothing else better to do everyday save for sleeping and eating and cleaning, so I'm going to go out today to find a pool, and then I will begin my summer work out program. For the record, our apt. complex has two pools but they don't have markings on the bottom, so if I try to swim laps, I inevitably slam into the wall with either my head or my hands... neither of which is fun. Plus, if I get started now, I'll have a nice base tan and somewhat toned figure IF we go on a beach honeymoon this summer. And who DOESN'T want to look good on their honeymoon?
Bobby's been fussing for weeks now about how "we need to work out" blah blah, so I'm gonna jump the gun and get a head start. This way, I can do a mini-workout when he gets home instead of participating in the grueling Porter Plan. He does crazy weight training and muscle building, and I just don't have the upper body strength to accomplish that kind of work out. (I know, if I actually work my arms, I'll get it, but... bah.)
Anyway, I'm off to find my long-lost "hobby." If you see me and I smell like chlorine, now you know why. =)
P.S. Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull was pretty good. It started off a little slow, but they had to make up for the time between "now" and the last one. It picked up around the middle and stayed pretty intense till the end... I will admit though, it seemed like the purpose of the movie was to set up Shia LaBeouf as the new Indy.... once you see it, let me know if that's what you got out of it too.
Oh he'll definitely be the next Indy.
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed it to, although I was pretty put off by Shia swinging through the trees like tarzan...
