This new bed is a God-send!!! They delivered it last night, hauled it up the stairs, unpacked and assembled it in less than 15 minutes (it probably would have been 10 if I hadn't left the bedskirt in my car...).
After "dressing" it with our new mattress pad, sheets, blanket, and comforter, we both flopped into it and crashed. Last night I had the best sleep I've ever had in my life. I still woke up several times, but I think it was because Bobby was having sneezing fits. Regardless, I feel more rested than ever, and Bobby does too. Yay for sleep!
Also, Happy Independence Day! This is the only holiday left that we haven't been married for, so we're excited to have reached it! Our one year is on Monday and Bobby supposedly has some big plans... he's not telling me what though, so I'm sure I'll be pleasantly surprised. I know it involves going to 3 different "really cool places" but that's about all I've been able to get out of him...
Best wishes to Cody and Abby this weekend! Sorry we can't be there to celebrate with you. =(
